Qualifications:

3. Board certification in a relevant medical specialty such as
dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine
4. Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures
and treatments
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
and empathetically with patients to understand their goals and
concerns.
6. Familiarity with cosmetic products, injectables, lasers, and other
aesthetic tools and technologies.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment,
providing guidance and expertise to support staff and colleagues.
Job Descriptions:
-Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
-Perform comprehensive aesthetic assessments, analyzing patients' facial and body features to recommend appropriate treatments.
-Develop customized treatment plans based on patients' desires, using a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, chemical peels, and other aesthetic modalities.
-Administer injections, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
-Provide pre- and post-procedure education to patients, addressing any concerns and guiding them on aftercare and recovery.
-Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and techniques in aesthetic medicine to offer cutting-edge and evidence-based treatments to patients.
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient experiences and high-quality care.
-Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, procedures, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
-Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy, fostering a trusting and compassionate relationship with each patient/client.
