ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational Functions1. Consistent Tenant coverage. Monthly engagement.2. Selling advertising products3. Get new advertisers4. Prepare weekly Activity report5. Present products/services effectively6. Prepare proposals and Ad packages – more consistent in order to generate sales7. Certificate of Performance (COP) – submission to clients8. Sales Leads (TIS, and updating of Client database)9. Liaise with client for uploads/change of materials10. Sales report11. Sales Activity and liaison to TROs12. Performance (usage) report to clientsPeople Development1. Account Management2. Sales and Negotiations3. Correspondence - Proposals and MemosJOB REQUIREMENTSMust be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila. In some cases, we do sales blitz in provinces. Inter-personal skills is very importantEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEGraduate of related courses in Advertising, Management, Marketing, and Media.SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLSMust have an understanding of software applications in order to properly explain the functions of the program.He/She should also understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO), based on the applications of these to ouradvertisersINTERPERSONAL SKILLSVery personable and accommodating to client demands. Must know how to handle negotiations properly
