Looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 

Job Objectives

 

Looking for an assistant to an executive in a multi-interest corporation involved in hospitality, commercial leasing, retail, and property development. The role entails the active maintenance of the executive's communications and calendar among others.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative assistance,

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

Manages the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Assists in coordinating different team in various departments

Organizes meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Books

and reserves for the executive and business guests, and aptly represent when needed.Manages social media accounts of the organizations.

Job Entry Requirements:
Must be based in Cebu City

Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in hospitality, leasing, retail, construction, marketing, or social media management.

Flexible and can work during weekends when necessary

Proactive and has ability to multitask.
