Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Administrative Head to oversee HR, general affairs, and accounting. This role will involve liaising with government agencies, managing contracts and visas for foreign workers, and strengthening our recruitment and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and the ability to improve internal processes as the company continues to grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Management: Lead the recruitment process, enhance HR strategies, and contribute to talent development.General Affairs: Manage administrative tasks and maintain relationships with local government agencies.Visa and Contract Management: Oversee visa processes and contract administration for foreign employees.Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 or more staff members.Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements for operational efficiency.QualificationsRequirementsHR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment.Public Sector Liaison: Proven experience handling procedures with Philippine government agencies.Team Management: Experience managing a team of 10 or more members.PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Business English: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a business setting.Preferred but Not RequiredAccounting Experience: Knowledge of accounting practices is a plus.Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with government agencies and external partners.
