### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management and various departments.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access to important documents.

- **Communication Management:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, showcasing professionalism and efficiency in interaction.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

- **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.

- **Data Management:**
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to produce reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain databases and utilize software tools for data entry, ensuring accuracy and organization.

- **Time and Task Management:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload and meet deadlines, independently adjusting to shifting priorities as required.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose creative solutions to enhance productivity.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster strong relationships with team members across all levels, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance team performance and achieve organizational goals.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of supporting management.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with various communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Workspace).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident, with a proactive approach to challenges and responsibilities.
- Highly motivated, demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to contribute to the company's success.

- **Soft Skills:**
