**Job Description:**
Penshoppe, a leading brand in the fashion industry, is searching for a dynamic and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Cebu. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving our initiatives forward while contributing to a fast-paced and innovative working environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Office Management:** Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet operational needs.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Collaborate with team members to outline project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- **Communication Facilitation:** Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to relay information, address inquiries, and foster positive professional relationships.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** Organize and maintain accurate records, documents, and reports. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information while preparing periodic reports for management review.

- **Innovation Support:** Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving administrative processes and workflows. Encourage team members to bring forward their creative solutions and suggestions.

- **Research & Analysis:** Conduct research on various administrative topics as directed and analyze findings to support decision-making processes within the company. Summarize data and present it in a clear and concise manner.

- **Event Coordination:** Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions from conception to execution. Handle logistics, catering, and communication with participants to ensure a successful outcome.

- **Resource Management:** Collaborate with department heads to identify resource needs on projects and ensure timely availability of resources for project execution.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software. Experience with cloud-based file management systems is an advantage.
