Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PLDT in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the management team- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments- Manage and organize office documents and files- Handle phone calls and correspondence- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance- Assist with event planning and coordination- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks- Assist with travel arrangements for staff- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in an administrative role- Hardworking and passionate individual- Strong leadership and planning skills- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent
