Administrative Assistant (Quezon City)

Details of the offer

Assists the Compliance and Licenses Supervisor in processing all the licenses to various
government agencies and banks
2.
Prepares documents needed for renewal and process according to schedule
3.
Develops, and organizes a filing system
4.
Maintains cleanliness in the office and ensures that office equipment are regularly cleaned
5.
Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
1.
Any four (4) year college course
2.
Working knowledge of office equipment like computers, printers, etc.
3.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, in particular)
4.
Has initiative and willing to learn new things
5.
Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino
6.
Can work under pressure and under minimum supervision
7.
With attention to detail and problem-solving skills
