### Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative support and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team, facilitating communication, and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.

- **Documentation Management:** Prepare, review, and manage various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in project management tasks by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of project objectives.

- **Communication Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners, ensuring that all communications are professional and timely.

- **Data Analysis:** Conduct analysis on relevant data to identify trends and make informed recommendations to the management team. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate current operational processes and suggest improvements.

- **Office Organization:** Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and documentation. Ensure that the workspace is conducive to productivity.

- **Expense Reporting:** Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking while adhering to company policies and ensuring accountability.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and stay updated on best practices in administration and project management.

### Requirements:

- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of office procedures and project management methodologies.

- **Adaptability:** Must possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.

- **Work Ethic:** Demonstrated hardworking nature with a commitment to excellence and high-quality results.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong project management and analytical skills are required. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

- **Technology Proficiency:** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and capable of learning new software programs quickly.
