Job Description:

As an Administrative Staff member at Guardians Bonafide For Hope Foundation Inc. School, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of administrative functions within the institution. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks essential to the efficient running of the school.

Responsibilities:

Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment by handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including student records, attendance logs, and administrative files.

Assistance to Staff and Students: Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and students as needed, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication.

Assist in Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of school events, workshops, and meetings by assisting with logistics, reservations, and necessary preparations.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory supplies, including office supplies and educational materials.

Data Entry and Reporting: Input and manage data into the school's systems, generate reports, and assist in analyzing data for administrative purposes.

Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations in all administrative tasks.
