About the role: The Administration Assistant is responsible for administrative duties, communication with SIRVA's suppliers, and other assigned duties, on all files in a International Move Consultants caseload. The Administration Assistant has minimal contact with clients and relocating employees, but extensive contact with service providers and internal resources.
Open files, research/select/place referrals with appropriate suppliers. Pro-active management of and communications to suppliers for updates and required information as necessary. Responsible for updating system data with information provided by suppliers, Move Managers, clients, and directly from the assignees. This includes updating addresses, uploading important documentation, changes to client specific information, keeping notes updated in the system, etc. Manage the collective inbox and handle/support all enquiries that are received. In addition to this provide back up for other Admin Assistants to ensure the inbox is managed efficiently. Other responsibilities as necessary to support Move Consultant, client specific tasks and other customer demands. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skillset & experience;
Minimum 1 year direct relocation experience is preferred, or at least 3 years related customer service experience Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently Conduct through audits of invoicing data Previous international or intercultural experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Secondary language skills a plus Proficient in MS Office programs Must be detail oriented Ability to work successfully in a team environment Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced office environment Next steps If you feel this role is right for you then please apply via the link.
