Admin Supervisor

Supervises the Administrative Assistants of the Commercial/BPO properties to ensure effective and efficient documentation, file management and monitoring of the different processes of the managed properties. Assists the Administrative Manager and Property Manager with customer relationship management in the managed property.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course with 3 years experience in Office Administration.Good leadership, planning and analytical skillsGood organizational and time management skillsProven ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval.Proficient in MS Office applications and business management systemWith excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels in the organizationGood written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skillsAbility to work well independently as well as part of a teamProfessional appearance, demeanor, discretion and attitude.
