QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any BS Real Estate Management Related.

At least 1 year working experience in Real Estate Company.

Can work overtime if needed.

Has Communication, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal and Analytical Skills.

Must be Computer Savvy e.g. (Microsoft word, power point and

Excel.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and facilitates all rental, electrical and water bills.

Answer all inquiries pertaining to leasing activities.

Handles tenants inquiries and feedback and complains.

Preparing, posting and updating property listings.

Maintains and organizes all real estate documents, contracts and records including the database.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
