Details of the offer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Encode data accurately and maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Create and update databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
- Organizes and maintains physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are properly stored and managed properly
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and emails
- Assist in purchasing of materials, processing payments & invoices
- Keep track of actual inventory and update records
- Perform other related works in a daily basis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate of any degree
- At least 6 months of work experience in an admin role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Knowledgeable in general office procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
- Strong ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Can work under pressure and able to do multitasking
