Details of the offer

The Organization Support staff provides administrative support to the Commercial department. They will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing general clerical and administrative duties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Administration Support for:
• Pipelines (Sales and Key Account Manager).
• Collation of Management Reporting Inputs (Performance, Budget, ManComm).
• Weekly Customer Cadences - liaising with PMO, KAM on CCO escalation/approval matters.
• Team and Customer meetings - EA to team, agenda, MOM and follow up action plans.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
