The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-organized and stocked.Record Keeping: Maintain contact lists and employee records.Support Tasks: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.Manage Van Scheduleand other administrative tasks
