Job Description
As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for efficient office operations. Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
Admin works such as accounting work, HR related work, general affairs, legal matters.
Make documents and company operations to have stability for admin related works.
Assist the recruiter in hiring operations.
Creates and manage inventory and filing system.
Process renewal of business permits.
Process to get Working VISA, Working Permit so on, for the foreign employees.
Performs considerable coordination and follow-through.
Qualifications
 
**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Suite Application, Microsoft Office, and so on)
Professionalism
Strong Time Management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Data-driven mindset
Problem-solver
Nice to Have:
Have knowledge in BIR filing.Have knowledge in SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth.
Have experience working with multi-cultural individuals.

Education:
Graduated from College, University specialized in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
