JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for instituting and maintaining the Finance and Accounting system set up by the Head Office in Alabang, and the Team Success Group is able to deliver services to the rest of Civicom Pacific, mainly by fulfilling the duties and responsibilities enumerated below.
MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Journalizing/Posting
Cash Position Report
Accounts reconciliation
Basic BIR Reporting
Process payment of accounts payable and/or vouchers
Maintenance of cash disbursement book
Bank Reconciliation
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance/Banking, or equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to details
Has a high level of analytical thinking
Puts security in high consideration and consistently follows procedures, protocols, and policies.
Dependable and have
the ability to adjust to changing conditions or prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability and attitude to get the job done
