The Role:
INA Prime Solutions is our BPO line of business in Manila, PH at Goway Travel Ltd. Our mission is to empower businesses through seamless outsourcing solutions, leveraging skilled workforce to drive operational excellence and client success.
As an Accounts Specialist, you will handle client billing, payment reconciliation, and aging report preparation, ensuring precise financial records using systems like SAGE and SAP. Your role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support month-end tasks, address client inquiries, and drive process improvements in a collaborative, dayshift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare billing statements/invoices for clientsRecord and reconcile payments received from clientsRespond to client inquiries through calls and emails in a timely mannerPrepare aging reports for accounts receivablesVerify credit card payments and record fees for the credit card transactionsCreate journal entries in SAGE and SAPAssist with G/L sub-ledger reconciliationsWork with other departments to ensure accurate recording and control of the company's finances and informationHelp with month-end responsibilitiesConsistently improve the efficiency of the departmentRequired Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skillsStrong analytical skillsA background in accountingDetail-oriented, team player with a customer focusProficient in using Microsoft ExcelUses initiative and has creative thinking for problem-solvingAbility to lead process improvementHas a positive attitudeTo work on a dayshift scheduleThe Goway Advantage:
