Accounts Receivable Follow Up Associate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up or denials management, with experience in insurance follow-up in a
healthcare provider setting.
- Proficient in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Understanding of us US payer systems and experience resolving insurance denials
- Capable of analyzing billing issues and discrepancies to develop effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to address and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with insurance companies, payers, patients, and healthcare providers.
- In-depth understanding of medical billing processes and protocols
- Amenable to report work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a night shift schedule
