Accounts Payable Assistant

Company Profile: This company was founded in 1980 and offers a variety of hospitality services in
addition to transportation, logistics, and travel booking services. These services include
the ability to book tickets for flights and trains, cruises, vacation packages, business
trips, rent a car, and make travel insurance arrangements.

Position: Accounts Payable Assistant
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, (09:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Work set up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any equivalent
At least one (3) year of experience working within Accounts Payable/Receivable is an advantage.
Experience working in Travel agency is an advantage.
Amendable work onsite
Amendable to start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering queries from the hotel (Ideally within 24 hours) in a polite manner.
Requesting and updating bank details when required
Request for remittance advice
Request un received outstanding invoices following the statement and/or queries
Other duties as delegated from time to time by the AP Manager or any other person designated in their absence.
