1. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. 2. Account Management: Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.Monitor account activities and transactions to identify and mitigate risks. 3. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal departments. 4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 5. Field Work: Conduct field visits as required to meet with clients and gather necessary information.Perform on-site evaluations and assessments to better understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account status, activities, and performance metrics.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
