Accounts Management Staff

**Assist the department on the day to day activity needs to be finish**:

- **Filing/photocopy CTC as needed for transfer of titles**:

- **Prepare Request for Payment for dues need to settle before due dates**:

- **Answer inquiries by locating clients profile as requested by other departments**:

- **Encoding of CTC as needed for clients profiling purposes**:

- **Additional task maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior**

**Qualification**:

- **Graduate of any Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business course**:

- **Fresh graduate are very much welcome**:

- **An organized individual is a must**:

- **With good communication skills**:

- **Proficient in MS Office software**:

- **Must be fully vaccinated**:

- **Residence must be near in the workplace or have own mode of transportation (safety measure due to pandemic)**:

- **Willing to render overtime as needed**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
