Responsibilities: Ensures the accuracy of sales invoice creationEnsures sales invoices were countered and collected on timeEnsures that the AR aging, sales report and collection report are updated and accurateEnsures disbursement vouchers were processed and paid on timeEnsures that the DV monitoring, expense report and payables are updated and accurateRegular reporting to accounting manager and managementCoordination with accounting manager and team leadersRegular meeting with the accounting teamMaintain order in the accounting department (AP and AR)Ensures the timely generation of working trial balanceEnsures all business transactions are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and proceduresResponds to management's directives and seeks clarification on assignments when needed.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Ensures efficient and effective accounting operations and flow of financial information for the department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BSA)Significant experience in Accounting and FinanceExpert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, including their functionalitiesHave experienced in auditing firmCPA Licensed
