About Us: TOP ASIA is an HR Consulting and Outsourcing company. We seek a meticulous Accounting Assistant to process general accounting and bookkeeping transactions. 
Candidate Profile: As Accounting Supervisor, it is important to us that he/she shares our core values, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. 
Job Overview: You will be deployed to one of our clients and be guided by the head office Accounting Supervisor to adhere to the company's vision, mission, and objectives. You will learn bookkeeping, compensation, taxation, cost accounting, and financial reporting. 
Job Objectives: To fulfill timely and updated payables.
To submit on time government and financial reports.
To maintain error-free transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares, files, records, and updates payables and reports.
Audit receipts and invoices.
Analyzes transactional expenses and supports the accounting department. 
Reconciliation of receipts, books, and accounts.
Resolve transaction discrepancies.
Job Specifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
With at least 2 - 3 years of experience. 
Hands-on experience in spreadsheet applications or accounting software.
With knowledge of Accounting and government tax ruling.
Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
