Accounting Supervisor - Binan Laguna - On Site Reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Accounting or Finance backgroundHas 1-2 work experience as Team Lead or Supervisor in General Accounting, Costing Accounting, or InventoryExcellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsStrong analytical skills; able to understand trends in data and deduce observations from numbersAbility to prepare management reports and give recommendation based on available dataSkilled in Microsoft ExcelMust be organized, systematic and with keen attention to detailStrong communication skills; must work well with othersAdvantage in having exposure to Oracle ERP system KEY ROLES: Handle day-to-day General Accounting operations at MPPC which include checking of invoices prepared, reconcile accounts receivable, prepare projected collection and approval of petty cash reimbursements.Oversee monthly Inventory Audit activities and present recommendations for process improvement and cost savingsReview costing reports with analysis on areas for cost savingsProvide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision makingAssist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecastsMonitor Finance and Accounting staff's performance on a daily basisDevelop policies and procedures to meet business targets
