Accounting Staff-Tax

• Responsible for the accurate preparation of supporting tax schedules, and filing/submission of the tax returns with their related attachments to ensure that they are files, submitted and paid on time.
• Responsible for the completion of the documentary requirements to ensure the timely submission, payment and renewal of all local business taxes and permits.
• Responsible for the timely settlement of real property taxes for the properties under the Bravo Group of Companies, including the properties owned by the CEO.
• Timely preparation of journal entries and/or accounts payable vouchers in the Netsuite System for the payment of taxes and other tax related transactions
• Responsible for the completion of the annual documentary requirements to be submitted to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies. This includes, but not limited to the audited financial statements, books of accounts, income tax returns, annual information returns, tax clearance certificate, etc.
• Assist the Tax Manager in the completion and preparation of the documentary requirements and supporting computations/schedules during Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audit investigations of the Company and its affiliates

Qualifications & Competencies:
• Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Work Experience: Fresh graduate or with working experience in accounting, taxation and compliance
