Audit Manager

• Shall oversee implementation of audit controls and review processes related to route operations.
Monitor that all route agents are depositing intact all cash collections daily.Monitor that all VRS credit sales are supported with PDC and it is within approved credit term.Monitor that all route agents are conducting weekly audit count and partial audit results are issued timely.Monitor that goods loading are only processed after the approval of clearance slip and limited to marine insurance coverage.Review Incident Report (IR) for any partial audit variance over the threshold set per route.Field validation for any suspicious transactions and preparation of substantial supporting documents to prove existence of fraud and/or falsification of documents.Monitor submission of final audit working paper and review final ATD on monthly basis per agent.Monitor recording of cash clearing account per agent/per branch. Shall work with the set-up and improvement of customized system and financial accounts reconciliation.Shall work along with the staff to help achieve Company's goals and objectives.Shall perform necessary functions as delegated by the Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldWith certifications such as CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), if applicableMinimum of 5 years in Auditing with Managerial experience or a background of distributionStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented and capable of enhancing an organization's risk management and governance processes.
