Accounting Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with audit preparations and external auditor communications.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
