JOB TITLE: Accounting Software Support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates the implementation and support of accounting software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, BS IT or any related course.Background in SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Quickbook, ABSS, Sage 50, Payroll or any accounting software is a plus.Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.Excellent communication skills, written and verbalMust be able to work independently with little to no supervisionAble to Multi-task and work under tight deadlinesMust be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workloadStrong organizational skillsMust be willing to do fieldwork.
