Accounting Officer

Handles the financial records of the organization by overseeing financial accounts, managing invoices, performs treasury related functions and ensures smooth transaction with clients (internal and external).
Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Reports & Compliance
• Maintains and reviews financial records on a day-to-day basis and provides reports on a monthly basis such as monthly income statement, collection report, sales vs. cost of construction, revenue sales report, daily cash position, etc.
• Ensures compliance of company transactions with accounting standards and tax laws such as regular posting of EWT and summary of EWT/2307 to Alphalist for regular and annual tax reporting
• Manages the posting of sales and purchased to VAT relief

Treasury Related
• Manages the company's bank transactions through online and check preparations
• Manages the transactions related to the monthly and weekly payroll activities such as summary report, payroll crediting and government remittances related

Others
• Oversees the monitoring of the organization's expenses and cash flow
• Validates invoices with payments to ensure accuracy
• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
