Accounting Officer

Oversee accounts payable and receivable management.
Perform bank statement reconciliation and compute tax obligation and refunds.
Prepare and submit Value-Added Tax (VAT) Reports.
Generate and manage invoices, ensuring payments are processed correctly.
Produce and scrutinize daily budget reports.
Maintain up-to-date accounting records in both electronic and paper forms.
Review financial data and assist in audit procedures.
Comply with established financial regulations and accounting principles.
Collaborate with colleagues on diverse accounting-related activities.
Track and report on everyday cash movements and spending
Inspect and confirm accuracy in labor-related expenses, including payroll and obligatory government benefit
Conduct monthly audits on the procurement and receipt of materials.
Provide necessary financial documents to the Accounting Consultant Firm.
Prepare and submit Monthly and Year-End Reports for per-projects Expenses Report.
