Accounting Manager
• USA eCommerce Accounting Firm
• Full time, US time 10PM - 7AM

Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager will serve as the primary financial contact for clients, overseeing a range of financial activities, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with confident communication skills and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial guidance.
• Oversee client accounts, including the review and analysis of financial data from all areas of the client's business.
• Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce and inventory accounting to effectively support eCommerce clients.
• Collaborate with the sales tax team to provide comprehensive financial insights to clients.
• Analyze financial data to prepare monthly and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations as required.
• Confidently engage with clients, explaining financial concepts and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their financial situation.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong ability to analyze and understand financial statements.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, with experience in small business or eCommerce accounting preferred.
• Confident English communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to clients and team members.
• Experience as a Controller, CPA, or CMA certification is an advantage.


Work Schedule:
• Client based in USA MT time zone
• Work schedule currently 10pm to 7am Philippines PST time zone
