MIINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of BS AccountancyCPA is highly preferredAt least 5 years managerial experienceExcellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesKnowledgeable in Financial Statement preparation and processing of business permits, licenses and other government compliancesAbility to develop and establish financial policies and proceduresExcellent Communications Skills both (written and verbal)Advance Excel ProficiencyProven ability to prioritize among competing tasks and to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailsAbility to motivate and lead Accounting TeamExhibits high level of integrity and ability to keep confidential information KEY ROLES: Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategyManaging the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assetsHandling the company's transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecastingPerforming the company's financial auditsFollowing proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectivesMonitoring and analyzing financial accounting dataCreating financial reports based on data analysisMaking recommendations to business stakeholders
