Job Description The Accounting Manager role will include: Provision of end-to-end financial management and accounting services, including preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and statutory financial accounts and directing all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.Tax and Regulatory Compliance (including monitoring of compliance calendar)Management of portfolio of tax and accounting clientsPreparation of client annual financial reports (IFRS)Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting; ensuring financial records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Assisting Senior Management in financial planning and results management.Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns, and information.Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes.Managing cash flow and bank reconciliation.Other finance and administrative duties as required.Ad hoc matters as when they ariseLead financial operations of Acclime Philippines Inc., a leader in professional services.Oversee billing, tax compliance, ledger reconciliation, and reporting.Implement best practices in accounting procedures.Supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Liaise with external auditors and advise management on fiscal strategies.
