Job DescriptionCertified Public Accountant Accounts Payable SAP Budgeting Financial Reporting Statement Preparation Financial Planning and Forecasting Auditing Treasury Concepts and Fundamentals Cost Accounting
DescriptionEnsures timeliness and accuracy of recording and closing of books of accounts which may include review on AP ledger, advances, check payments, prepaid rebates, VAT recording and etc.Reviews month-end accrual entries and other entries related to the closing procedures.Collates and reviews various subsidiary ledger accounts vs general ledger accounts.Reviews balances accruals & other accounts in the Trial Balance and recommends adjustments if needed.Prepares payroll based on the reports submitted by HR Department and other Departments under Finance.Checks and reviews Expense Reports according to policy.Supervises and ensures the timetable adherence and compliance to government report requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.Analyzes risks and develops process improvements within the department.In charge of Performance Management; Handles the Team in compliance with all accounting procedures that should lead to great performance as reflected on their individual KPI.Coaches and mentors, develops cross training activity, identifies Training Needs and recommends continuing education program of accounting personnel.Cascade corporate information, processes, programs and systems to Accounting personnel effectively.Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.Supports audit team by providing procedures, records and reports needed.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting.CPA is required.1-4 years experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).Ability to work with less supervision.Strong analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.Attention to detail and accuracy.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
