WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Operations Director for its client based in Tuguegarao, Cagayan.If you think you match the qualifications below APPLY NOW and one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants will call you for a remote interview.This is for direct hiring and for a role.BPO Accounting Director for US Accounting FirmDuties:Review and understand all processes for daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks.Train teams on SOPs, review team's work for accuracy, and monitor performance of all assigned tasks.Conduct monthly staff assessments to define goals for growth and areas for improvement.Organize task delegation to increase efficiency and take advantage of team's strengths and weaknesses.Coaching and continued development of team to ensure they understand all processes.Responding to issues, questions and other requests from US team.Use Clickup to document all tasks and responsibilities and to monitor team and communicate with US team.Become expert in R365 software, Dine systems and tools.Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in SOPs across team and communicate areas for improvement to US team.Oversee special high-level team that specifically handles consulting tasks, balance sheet cleanup, Custom Financial report creation, assists US with onboarding of new clients, budgets and FP&A.Job Requirements:Must have BPO or offshoring experience on an operations manager to director level.Must be a CPAMust have good to excellent English written and communications skills.Must have experience overseeing and managing US Accounting Firm BPO account.Must have good experience handling all SOPs, training, staffing strategy (who does what), development and coaching of team, responsible for overall efficiency.Must have good to excellent English written and communications skills.Must have good people & stakeholder management skills.Must be willing to relocate in Tuguegarao, Cagayan.Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
