Work Setup: On-siteWork Location: PasigWork Schedule: Compressed work schedule (Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:30pm)RequirementsGraduate of 4-year related courseMinimum of 18 to 20 years of experience (10 years of that as controller)Accounting controller with extensive experience in Real EstateStrong leadership skillsExperience in Financial Management in Real EstateExperience in Real Estate's Tax and RevenueDevelopmental mindsetCPA certifiedMore than 25 years of working experience from a real estate development company, at least 10 years at the same level capacityExperience in crafting financial strategies and modelsExperience in ERP sourcing and implementationExperience in Joint Ventures and business startupExperience in regulatory audits i.e. BIR, SEC, LGUProven track record of successful entrepreneurial leadershipExperience in the RE Industry specializing in housing projectsAbility to train, mentor, and supervise millennials and Gen Z managers
