Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.Process accounts payable and accounts receivables transactions.Assists in managing inventory records, including reconciling physical stock and counts with system records.Maintain and update vendor and customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact and payment information.Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.
