Responsibilities: Record transactions: Record daily transactions, deposits, income, purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and paymentsMaintain accounts: Maintain accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledgersGenerate reports: Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsReconcile: Reconcile or report any discrepancies in financial reportsComplete payroll: Complete payroll and process checksPrepare tax forms: Fill out tax forms and work with accountants to ensure complianceCommunicate: Maintain timely communications with client Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in AccountancyPrior work experience in related role
