Job Summary
To keep Financial records updated, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, billings and doing weekly/monthly payrolls.
Responsibilities and Duties
*Provide accounting support to the company
*Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
*Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
*Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
*Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
*Provide assistance and support to company personnel
*Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
*Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
*Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
*doing weekly/monthly payrolls
*Basics in Quickbook
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Related Business Course.
*Knowledgeable in financial statements
*Managing of petty cash, payments and Cheque Voucher)
*Basic Accounting Tasks and Auditing
*Must be Adept on processing Si's, DRs
*Contract expense management.
*Must be adept to using Microsoft Excel and Word
*Must have an Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
*Basic know-how of Office Equipment usage.
*Must know how to use Quickbook.
Willing to work in Malabon city from 8am - 5pm (lunch break 12-1)
