**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial/Accounting Management or the like
- With at least 5mos or one (1) year related work experience
- Willing to work as contractual employee for 5 months
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for the overall coordination and compliance to the government and its agencies in terms of financial and accounting aspect
- Handle monthly/quarterly/annual filing and remittance of taxes to the BIR, together with necessary attachments.
- Handle necessary registration and submission of reports to the BIR, PEZA, SEC and other government agencies
- Prepare and issue BIR Forms 2304 and 2306.
- Secure annual PEZA Certificate of Incentives, VAT Zero-Rating and 5% Gross Income Tax Entitlement.
- Provide financial data as required by the Philippine Statistics Authority.
- Handle filing and payment of Local Government taxes such as 2% Gross Income Tax, Real Property Taxes (if any) and annual Community Tax Certificate (CTC).
- Analyze fixed asset and related accounts such as accumulated depreciation and loss on impairment.
- Process fixed assets capitalization and retirement.
- Process monthly depreciation and prepare corresponding adjustments, if any.
- Assign fixed asset number and establish accountability of concerned section or person.
- Verify Fixed Asset Movement Authorization prior to approval by the Treasurer and/or President.
Prepare necessary journal entries.
- Conduct physical count and reconcile with Accounting records.
Determine adjustments and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Calculate fixed assets depreciation for budget and tax calculation purposes.
- Analyze Construction-in-Progress accounts; coordinate with Engineering relative to completed projects.
- Determine lease liability and right-of-use asset and prepare journal entries related thereto.
- Analyze details of all cost and expense accounts except Selling Expenses, Supplies and Repairs and Maintenance accounts.
- Analyze details of Other Non-operating Income and Loss accounts.
- Handle and coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
- Participate in the monthly stocktaking activities.
