Accounting Assistant / Western Bicutan / On Site Reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recording/posting of transactions in the Sales Book and Cash Receipts Book
- Preparation of bank reconciliation and preparation of adjustments
- Preparation and recording of Journal Vouchers for expense liquidations and other adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of subsidiary ledgers, lapsing schedule, variance report analysis, and other reports that may be required
- Assist in check preparation, invoicing, follow-up of collection and in other accounting and admin tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
- related experience in accounting and finance is an advantage (but not required)
- possesses good organizational skills, attention to details, analytical thinking and good
communication in both oral and written
- willing to work on site
- can start immediately

LOCATION: Western Bicutan, Taguig
SALARY: For discussion during interview
ARRANGEMENT: On site reporting
