JOB SUMMARY

Accounting Assistant to report and records transactions, prepare deposits and reconcile bank accounts. Dealing with any accounting situations is a major function of this position.

KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and verify daily reports
2. Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
3. Prepare daily deposits for recording
4. Reconcile bank accounts
5. Communicate with supervisors / managers and others working on the entry systems problems
6. Prepare authorized refund vouchers
7. Compile monthly reports
8. Maintain returned check account
9. Maintain chargeback account
10. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
11. Assists on year end and interim audit


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
