Accounting Assistant

The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for the timely processing of payments of the company. Key duties include:

- Processing and reviewing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
- Encoding invoices into the accounting system.
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Requirements:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any other related course.
- Experience in Accounts Payable is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in using SAP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Ermita, Manila.
