JOB SUMMARYAccounting Assistant to report and records transactions, prepare deposits and reconcile bank accounts. Dealing with any accounting situations is a major function of this position.KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES1. Prepare and verify daily reports2. Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry3. Prepare daily deposits for recording4. Reconcile bank accounts5. Communicate with supervisors / managers and others working on the entry systems problems6. Prepare authorized refund vouchers7. Compile monthly reports8. Maintain returned check account9. Maintain chargeback account10. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules11. Assists on year end and interim audit
