Job description
ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

Review expenses, payroll entries, invoices, vouchers and other documents to provide adequate and accurate records of all liabilities, assets, incomes and expenses.
Provide journal entries, and analyze, monitor, and reconcile all tax accounts.
Assist with routing and entry of accounts payable invoices and review for proper general ledger coding.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned.
Prepare tax returns and BIR reports (1601-E, 1601-C, 2550M, 2500Q etc.)
Process, control and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax registration and payments with BIR.
Maintenance of General Subsidiary Ledgers
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
At least 2-3 years of General Accounting experience & adept in Corporate Tax Compliance.
Knowledge in accounting software is a plus like Peachtree
Thorough knowledge in general accounting and preparation of Financial Statements.
Must have experience in handling AR or Credit and Collections functions
Computer literate and articulate in both oral & written communication.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Applicant must have an outgoing personality.
Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
