Accounting Assistant

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable in:
> Overall accounting functions.
> Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise is an advantage).
> IFRS, labor laws, and tax compliance (preferred).
> MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Ability to:
> Work independently and deliver timely outputs with minimal supervision.
> Collaborate with various departments and foster teamwork.
> Suggest innovative ideas to enhance organizational processes.
> Distinguish between confidential and non-classified information/documents.
- Tactful and discreet when handling sensitive information or dealing with people.
