Accounting Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at Pinnacle Homes in Makati. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for financial statements, utilizing accounting software, performing accounting tasks, handling finance-related duties, and managing bookkeeping responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.

1. Assist Accounting Manager in creating and editing financial documents.
2. Data entry tasks include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating vouchers, and crafting spreadsheets.
3. Prepares BIR returns for payment.
4. Ensures timely document processing and payment of tax and returns and updates working file for the monitoring of payments.
5. Compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.
6. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
b. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, preferably in the real estate field
c. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
d. Financial Statements and Accounting skills
e. Experience in Finance and Bookkeeping
f. Knowledge of basic accounting principles
g. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
h. Excellent organizational and time management skills
i. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
