Accounting Assistant
Reports To
The Accounting Assistant will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, Sales
Manager, Admin & Accounting Head.

Duties & Responsibilities
? Provides accounting and clerical support for the Accounting and Finance
department.
? Assists in preparing statements of account
? Encodes all invoices to SAP Business one application
? Maintains, prepares, and generates monthly and financial reports using SAP
Business one application
? Assists in maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents
? Assists in double checking and monitoring of sales invoices.
Qualifications
? Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related courses
? At least six (6) months of experience in the related field is required
? Adequate proficiency in SAP Business One Software a plus but not required
? Proficient in MS Office applications
? Well organized and detail-oriented
? Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure
? With good oral and written communication skills
? Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

16,500 + 10% after
regularization
